【Impression】Eva & Rebellion Route

Okay, I’ll just put both the Eva and Rebellion routes in one post since the Eva route is really short and they’re on similar branches anyway.

Beware of spoilers.

 

Let’s talk about the Eva route first. I had some expectations going in, I was hoping we’d learn more about Eva’s relationship with V'ehxness, the commander, Futuran, etc. But nope, we barely learn anything. The only real takeaway is that Eva falls in love with Takumi in the most forced way possible. I seriously have no idea what the writer was thinking. This route had so much potential, but that’s really it? Well, at least Takumi bang with a woman for once. 3/10—it’s just awful to me.

Now for the Rebellion route, I really love this one. I think this is the “correct” choice regarding Futuran and the SDU’s fate. I’d even consider it the golden route, especially for Kamyuhn’s ending. And for once, I’m glad we get to see Kamyuhn’s competent side, unlike in KG where she mostly becomes the object of Nozomi’s fixation. Here, we actually see what she can do.

This route also made me like Nozomi more as a character. I’m really glad she isn’t blinded by revenge or “muh humanity,” but instead genuinely cares about the SDU kids and truly considers them friends. I think the moment when Nozomi tells Sirei to turn off the video of human citizens cheering for the SDU is one of the most kino moments. It really shows that she understands humans don’t actually care about the SDU—they only care about themselves.

I love this route so much, and honestly, it feels like the true route to me.

also this branch of route is full of lore-bombing and I think it will answer everything regarding Futuran, SDU origin, etc.
I didn't expect Karua is...well just Takumi's imaginary fantasy lol

Easy 9.5/10.

I probably will do Retsnom or Multiple Eito
