Yeah, I noticed that too, that there's certain ''attention-seeking'' behavior when it comes to Malos & it was shown through his childish tendency, that he often act arrogant, but his arrogance feels like that arrogance of a child instead of adult.
Which is really interesting & I feel that's intentional on Takahashi's part, Malos really embody the Id (the Child)
