fukaimetsu: Sakiko Commemorative art (BanG Dream | Ave Mujica - Togawa Sakiko)
Since I got a lot of idea & inspiration when I'm writing that Trinity Processor meta, I want to write more Trinity Processor meta! I think here's list for more xenoblade meta:
  • Trinity Processor imagery & positioning analysis
  • Malos/Logos relevance in Xenoblade 4
  • Xenoblade unique approach on Jesus through Malos/Logos
  • Aionios is Imaginary domain with Xenosaga shenanigan
  • Anima & Animus mean in Trinity Processor
  • Theory of Xenoblade 4
I think that's it? I am not sure if all of them will make it through march meta matters challenge though
fukaimetsu: Uika commemorative art (BanG Dream | Ave Mujica - Misumi Uika)

Alright, in the second week of Fannish 50, I want to talk about the most important female character for Women's Day! So, I dedicate this post to her!

Meet Suigintou from Rozen Maiden! I feel the need to talk about her and why she’s so important to me. My love for her ended up shaping my preferences and taste in fictional characters.

I first watched Rozen Maiden when I was in grade school. I discovered it through someone in my otaku Facebook group who posted an edit of Souseiseki, and I saw a lot of fan art of the series. At the time, I was also really into gothic lolita aesthetics, so naturally, I was interested.

Logos & Pneuma, the Male & Female Personas of Trinity Processor

Summary :

An analysis of the characterization and personality of Malos and Pyra-Mythra in Xenoblade 2, exploring how the male side of the Trinity Processor is surprisingly more feminine and emotional than expected, along with a different perspective on Pneuma.

Disclaimer: This analysis and meta discussion are based entirely on my personal opinions and observations. It is not intended as fact—I’m doing this purely for self-indulgence. Also, there are spoilers ahead, so please proceed with caution!

fukaimetsu: Homucifer version (Madomagi - Akemi Homura)
I decided I wanted to do Fandom Event challenge to liven things up in this blog!
Here's some challenge I will do :
  • March Meta Matters Challenge
In this challenge I will write a bunch of my meta, headcanon & theories of my favorite characters, OTP, & Series
  • Fandom 50 / Fannish 50
This challenge will be overlapping on my main [personal profile] michifugu  but in here I mainly post relating to my OTP & Characters. mostly gushing (?) I think
fukaimetsu: Homucifer version (Madomagi - Akemi Homura)
Okay, this seems random, but I need to get this out of my head.

I just had a random thought cross my mind: "Hey, don’t you think Malos and Homura would get along well?"
You guys probably think that’s bizarre as hell, and I don’t blame you, lol! But while it sounds bizarre, I don’t think it’s that far-fetched.

Hmm, let’s see..... While Malos and Homura have different motives in their respective stories, they both share a deep hatred for the world.
Yeah, sorry, but I cannot see someone like Homura actually loving the world itself, she merely 'tolerates' it. The only reason she does what she does in Rebellion is because of Madoka’s love for the world. The TV series already made it clear that she knows the world is a wretched place and hates it because it demands Madoka to suffer and sacrifice herself. She despises it because, essentially, the world took Madoka away from her. Rebellion makes it crystal clear that she hates the world—she only "fixes" it so Madoka can live a normal life.

This is very similar to Malos. While his misanthropy and motives are influenced by Amalthus’ deep hatred for the world, in some ways, Malos also hates the world on his own terms, especially after learning what happened to Jin. He realizes that if the world weren’t so cruel, Amalthus wouldn’t have ended up the way he did, Amalthus wouldn’t have awakened him, the Endbringer, and Jin could have lived a happy life with Lora.

It’s interesting how both of them hate the world because it made someone they deeply cared about suffer.
Honestly, Malos and Homura should meet tbh. I feel like Malos could offer some advice to Homura, and Homura could offer some form of consolation to Malos. If these two ever met, I genuinely think they’d get along well, despite their different "purposes," they share a mutual disdain for the world.
And what a coincidence that they’re both so gay (heh).

If the next Xenoblade game gives us a female protagonist or if Malos ever got a "human" Driver, I’d love for his partner to be someone like Homura. Guess Malos is just naturally compatible with mentally broken people, regardless of gender. lol. Truly Menhera Whisperer
fukaimetsu: Dorija with rose (Uma Musume - Dream Journey)
Based on these 5 Friday questions, I planned to make some sort Interview-like scenario, where the Uma musume get asked for this question & they answer it. I planned 5 umas :
👑Orfevre
🖊Dream Journey
🔶Ikuno Dictus
Manhattan Cafe
🧪Agnes Tachyon
All the font colors correspond to the respective characters for easier differentiation. Note this is just headcanon.

1. What type of mood are you generally in on a rainy day?
👑It's time for relax
🖊Hmm...I don't know maybe bored?
🔶I don't really feel a thing for rain, but usually I am examining my routine & watching some match for introspection
☕Drinking coffee & daydreaming, I guess...?
🧪Feel the same as usual

2. What are your favorite things to do when the weather is gloomy?
👑I am reading a book, especially about historical & nonfiction literatures.
🖊I am writing a plan for Orfevre like her training routine, racing schedule, & of course her diet.
🔶I usually read a book especially about management, clinical nutrition, & physical education.
☕I love making coffee & while watching some film in my tablet.
🧪Obviously experimenting~

3. Have you ever been kissed in the rain?
👑What is this question..?
🖊Who knows
🔶No
☕No, but why?
🧪What do you think?

4. After the rain stops, do you continue what you were doing, or do you run outside to do something else?
👑Obviously, I am running. I never neglect my duty
🖊Depend
🔶Yes, If it's within my training routine I will do it.
☕No, I don't like rain smell
🧪Hehehe, Of course I do. I still need more material for my research

5. What is your favorite drink/food to have when it's raining outside?
👑Persian Peche tea with hazelnut cookies
🖊I like to drink something warm, tea or coffee will do.
🔶Oolong tea with protein bar
☕Black coffee
🧪Let see, maybe a can of soda & some snack? I don't really care much, honestly.

Author's note
I am actually find it harder to write Orfe because her haughty chuuni personality LOL. so I just write what I'd like to see her, something like ''hmm maybe she would say this"
On other hand Ikuno & Manhattan are pretty easy.
Dorija and Tachyon are somewhat hard to write because of their unpredictable personality but I have so much fun!
I would like to do more of this interview scenario for other characters!
It just really fun to think how they will answer and stuff
fukaimetsu: N disgruntled face (Xenoblade 3 - N)

I've always wanted to talk about this for a while, and it really bothers me how A's existence is always revolved around her/their gender. it gets even worse since art books reveals. That A character is just being reduced to her gender identity, make me sad, actually.

I know not everyone agrees with me, and that's fine, but I just want to share my thoughts on this matter. I feel A's gender doesn't matter much in the grand scheme of things. (I watched Luxin's video, and I feel "A is a woman whose gender is a Monado" describes it much better.) Also, A being a "woman" doesn't erase any queerness in it.

For a heads-up, I think of A as a bigender woman. This also applies to any Ontos instantiation—they are bigender, including Alvis, whom I see as a bigender man. For pronouns, I use she/her just for convenience and sometimes they/them.

Disclaimer: this is just my interpretation & not intended as a fact, This is purely my analysis based on canon material in the game & side-material such as art books.

2025 project

fukaimetsu: Dorija in her racing outfit (Uma Musume - Dream Journey 2)
Okay, so I have a lot of ideas I want to write about on this blog in 2025. I can’t promise I’ll deliver all of them this year, but this serves as a good reminder to sort out my ideas and projects.

There are many headcanons, analyses, and speculations I want to explore, but I feel this year will focus heavily on the Xenoblade series since I have so much in mind for it. Some of the projects I’m considering include:
  • Xenoblade 4 theories and how Logos/Malos might be relevant to it
  • Xenoblade Enneagram list (probably a long-term project—I’m not sure if I can finish it this year lol)
  • Malos/Logos headcanons & how the male aspect of the Trinity Processor is more emotional than Pneuma
  • Another queer headcanon about Xenoblade characters

I’m also interested in writing a feminist and queer reading of Xenoblade, but I’m unsure if I should post it here, as I don’t want it to lean too much into political territory. If I don’t post it here, I’ll link it to my main blog instead.

Another thing—I need to write some headcanons and ramblings about GaruKura, considering how much I love it. I also plan to write something about Momoka or MomoNina, hehe.

As for Umamusume, I want to focus on DoriOru (or OruDori) ship discussions! I’ve been obsessed with them lately and might write some Uma headcanons as well.

That’s the gist of it so far! I might also post impromptu ramblings as usual. I’m pinning this post so I can easily track my ideas.
fukaimetsu: Malos upset face (Xenoblade 2 - Malos)

I’ve been thinking about a headcanon for an alternate persona of Malos/Logos, similar to how Pyra and Mythra have dual personalities. For convenience, I’ll call this persona “Logos2.”

I imagine Logos2’s personality being the opposite of Malos in several ways. Here are three ideas I’ve come up with:Read more... )

fukaimetsu: Noah in sunset (Xenoblade 3 - Noah)

stumbled upon reddit thread about a guy convinced that Malos is powering Moebius.

So glad to see a lot of people commenting how they're disagreed & think it doesn't make sense lol.

I'm just glad xenoblade fans finally realizing that...Malos has NOTHING to do with Moebius shenanigan & know that Malos ideology just...don't match with Moebius ideology

On other hand I'm replaying xenosaga & I noticed that whenever there's flashback scene involved of Miltia accident or Zohar-related fuckery.

it's really interesting that, the Zohar ''emit'' aura with tri-colored light that resemble Trinity Processor color....
